The City of Taylor’s iCare Taylor app offers residents of the community an opportunity to report non-emergency problems, view City Council videos and view GIS map etc. resources directly from a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer.

iCare Taylor app replaces and builds on the success of the City’s previous program, “Fix It! Taylor.” iCare Taylor offers much larger options when it comes to non-emergency complaints. Just file your complaint with the City, upload related photos and follow the progress online!
